Cancellation Policy

Refund requests received before 11:59 pm (Vancouver) on April 5, 2023 will be fully refunded. Refunds may take up to two weeks to process. 

Refunds requests received between April 6-15, 2023 will be issued less a $25 administration fee and the cost of a myPITA membership. Refunds will be issued after the conference. 

No refunds will be issued after 12:00 am (Vancouver)  on April 16, 2023. Refunds will not be issued due to TTOC cancellation. 

Registration closes at 12:00 pm Noon (Vancouver) on April 30, 2023.
